Quick questions

How long is a discovery call?

30 minutes. Sometimes it runs longer if the conversation is good, but I keep it contained to 30 unless you want to talk more.

Is there any cost for a discovery call?

Nope. Free, no-commitment conversation to explore whether the OEI is right for your situation.

How quickly can we start?

If you decide to move forward after a discovery call, we can start a diagnosis within 1-2 weeks. Depends on scheduling and any prep we need.

What timezone are you in?

Bogotá time. Discovery calls are available 8 AM - 4 PM GMT-5, Monday through Friday.

Can we do this remotely?

Yes. All discovery calls are via video. Most engagements are fully remote unless you prefer in-person (this would require travel fees).

What should I prepare for the discovery call?

Nothing special. Just be ready to talk about where execution is breaking down and what brought you to the OEI. That's it.

Common hesitations

Is this worth the investment?

If organizational entropy is costing you execution speed, it's expensive. An initial diagnosis ($2,000) requires 4 days of founder time. If it reveals problems that are costing you $50K+ per year in lost velocity, it's definitely worth it. And you can do a diagnosis standalone. You'll know immediately if it's valuable.

How is this different from hiring a consultant or operations person?

This is diagnostic and surgical. We identify specific operational bottlenecks and fix them. An operations hire is ongoing: they're managing systems every day. This is a focused, scoped engagement with a clear endpoint. Sometimes you need both, but the OEI is specifically for "here's where we're broken, let's fix it."

What if nothing changes?

We include check-ins to verify that fixes held. If we recommend something and it doesn't work, we pivot. But we're not leaving you with a report, we're implementing structural changes and staying involved long enough to make sure they stick.

How do I know you can help us?

You don't until we talk. Have a discovery call. If I think we're a good fit, I'll say so. If I think you need something different, I'll tell you that too (I know about other programs and consultants who specialize in things that I don't) No pressure to hire if it's not right.

What if our situation is too complex?

Complexity is usually a symptom of entropy. Usually when things feel complex, it's because systems aren't clear or information isn't flowing right. That's exactly what the OEI is designed to untangle.

Let's talk

30 minutes. No commitment. Just exploring whether the OEI is right for your organization.
