OEI Institute
The OEI Institute governs the Operational Entropy Index methodology. Organizations can access and develop that capability in different ways, depending on the work they need and the capability they want to build.
There are two decisions behind a broader OEI pathway: who develops and applies the OEI capability, and whether an AI intervention is warranted by the findings. AI Enablement can be added where useful; it is not required to apply OEI and is not an OEI pillar.

Qualified OEI practitioners perform the diagnosis and methodology application for your organization.
Without AI Enablement
Apply OEI to understand the operating condition and determine an appropriate response.

Train and certify members of your organization to apply the OEI methodology internally. Practitioner development and certification pathways are taking shape under Institute governance.

These combinations describe current ways into the OEI ecosystem, not a finalized service catalog. The broader practitioner and commercial structure continues to develop.
A Focused Investigation is a bounded way to examine a specific operational condition without committing to a broader OEI engagement. Each includes a 4-Day OEI Diagnosis and can be an appropriate entry point when a particular domain needs attention. Scope and effort vary with the work and judgment required.
Current public range: $1,000–$4,000 USD.
AI is considered after the operating condition is understood. OEI work may identify an opportunity for an AI intervention—or conclude that AI is not the right response.
When appropriate, AI Enablement through OEI investigates the operating condition, determines whether AI is suitable, selects or designs an intervention, builds and tests the capability, verifies results against the intended operational outcome, and enables the organization to use and maintain it. AI Enablement is an optional intervention layer within OEI work, not an unrelated AI consulting product or a replacement for OEI methodology.
