Clear pricing

Engagements are scoped to your company, we don't use a one-size-fits-all template. Pricing starts at $2,000 for an initial diagnosis and scales based on your company's revenue.

Operational Entropy Insurance: Entropy Compatible Hiring

Entropy Compatible Hiring provides ten role-agnostic, OEI-derived interview instruments for observing operational behavior. It can be used with OEI findings or independently and does not replace role-specific hiring evaluation.

Pricing questions

Why is Entropy Compatible Hiring priced differently from everything else?

All other OEI engagements are scoped consulting work, so the price reflects time, complexity, and company size. Entropy Compatible Hiring is a software product with one-time Beta pricing. It doesn't scale with revenue because the purchase provides access to the application rather than consulting hours.

What if I want to customize the scope?

Every engagement can be tailored to your specific needs. The prices above are starting points for standard engagements. Have a discovery call to discuss your situation and we'll scope it properly.

Can we do this remotely?

Yes. Interviews, workshops, and coaching all happen via video. Most engagements are fully remote. Some teams prefer an in-person kick-off. We can work that out in the discovery call.

What's the payment structure?

The diagnosis is paid upfront, as well as the one-year trend. The longer engagements (audit and executions sprints) are paid 50% up front, 50% at the midpoint.

What if we start with a diagnosis and decide we don't need more?

That's totally fine. The initial diagnosis delivers standalone value. You get a clear understanding of your organizational entropy, and you can decide what to do with that information. No pressure to continue.

Do you offer contracts?

Yes. For longer engagements, we provide a statement of work that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. Everything is clear upfront.

What's not included in pricing?

Out-of-pocket expenses (travel, if in-person) are billed separately. Custom tool development, permanent staff augmentation, or extended implementations beyond the engagement window are out of scope.

Can you work with companies smaller than 20 people?

Yes, but the OEI's value increases with company size and complexity. For very early-stage teams (under 10 people), you might not need a formal diagnosis, since operational entropy usually isn't the constraint yet. Have a discovery call and we'll be honest about whether it's the right fit.

Do you offer non-profits or discount pricing?

We work with non-profits and mission-driven organizations on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with your situation and we'll discuss options.

Become a referral partner

If you know someone who'd benefit from the OEI, refer them and earn a commission on any completed engagement. No exclusivity, no minimums, no cap on how much you can earn.

How it works

  1. You refer a company to the OEI
  2. They complete a paid engagement
  3. You get 15% of the engagement fee

The details

  • Commission: 15% of engagement fees
  • Payment: Via PayPal or Crypto within 30 days of receiving payment from the client
  • Exclusivity: None. Refer as many as you want
  • Minimums: None. Every referral counts
  • Requirements: Just let us know it's a referral

Who should I refer?

Founders, operators, or consultants who work with scaling companies (30-500 people). Companies feeling organizational entropy: slow execution, founder bottlenecks, communication breakdown, poor handoffs.

Basically, anyone who'd recognize themselves in "common signs you need this."
